All users who make a reservation are required to familiarize themselves with this policy before confirming their reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>General cancellation policy<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All reservation cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or via the contact phone number available on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Accommodation cancellation<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation at least 48 hours before arrival<\/strong>: full refund or change of date of stay without additional charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation within 48 hours before arrival<\/strong>: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No-show<\/strong>: full amount of the stay will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Cancellation of wellness and spa services<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation at least 24 hours before the agreed time<\/strong>: full refund or possibility of rescheduling the appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation within 24 hours<\/strong>: 30% of the total service fee will be charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No-show<\/strong>: the full service fee will be charged, with no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Cancellation of congress halls and organized events<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation at least 7 days before the event<\/strong>: full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation within 7 days before the event<\/strong>: 50% of the total amount of the service is charged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to appear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Exceptions<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Special offers, packages and promotional bookings<\/strong>: Cancellation conditions for these bookings will be clearly indicated at the time of booking and may be stricter than standard conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Health reasons and unforeseen cases<\/strong>: If the user has to cancel the reservation due to health problems or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be made within 14 business days of the cancellation date, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Reservation changes<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case you want to change the date of the reservation or the types of services, please inform us as soon as possible.
