This cancellation policy applies to all services provided by Garden City Hotel Konjic, including accommodation, wellness and spa services, congress halls, restaurant services and event organization. All users who make a reservation are required to familiarize themselves with this policy before confirming their reservation.
General cancellation policy
All reservation cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or via the contact phone number available on our website.
Accommodation cancellation
- Cancellation at least 48 hours before arrival: full refund or change of date of stay without additional charges.
- Cancellation within 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- No-show: full amount of the stay will be charged.
Cancellation of wellness and spa services
- Cancellation at least 24 hours before the agreed time: full refund or possibility of rescheduling the appointment.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 30% of the total service fee will be charged.
- No-show: the full service fee will be charged, with no refund.
Cancellation of congress halls and organized events
- Cancellation at least 7 days before the event: full refund.
- Cancellation within 7 days before the event: 50% of the total amount of the service is charged.
- Failure to appear
Exceptions
- Special offers, packages and promotional bookings: Cancellation conditions for these bookings will be clearly indicated at the time of booking and may be stricter than standard conditions.

Refund
Refunds for cancelled services will be made in the same manner as payment or in another manner previously agreed upon between the user and the hotel staff. Refunds will be made within 14 business days of the cancellation date, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
Reservation changes
In case you want to change the date of the reservation or the types of services, please inform us as soon as possible. In some cases, depending on availability and booking conditions, a change may be possible at no additional cost.
